INVITATION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EMPANELMENT OF ADVERTISING AGENCIES FOR
PUBLICATION OF NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENTS
Tender Details
1.1 Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (DSIIDC), a Government of NCT of
Delhi undertaking, is engaged in development, management and promotion of industrial infrastructure and in carrying
out various commercial, developmental and public service activities in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
1.2 DSIIDC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from experienced and reputed advertising agencies for empanelment
for designing, processing, release and publication of DSIIDC advertisements in newspapers and periodicals. The
empanelment is intended exclusively for newspaper advertisements and allied activities directly incidental to their
publication.
1.3 Advertisements may include tender notices, notices inviting applications, recruitment advertisements, statutory
notices, public notices, auction notices, corrigenda, display advertisements, financial/statutory publications,
awareness/information advertisements and such other newspaper advertisements as may be required by DSIIDC
from time to time.
1.4 DSIIDC proposes to empanel a maximum of five (05) advertising agencies through a two-stage process
comprising mandatory pre-qualification followed by technical evaluation and ranking.
1.5 The present indicative annual value of newspaper advertisements released by DSIIDC is approximately ₹1.00
crore. This figure is purely indicative and based on past requirements. It shall neither constitute a minimum
commitment nor operate as a ceiling on the value of advertisements that may be released during the period of
empanelment.
