About the Relocation Scheme

With the onerous responsibility of fulfilling the dreams of industrial entrepreneurs of Delhi, relocation of industries has been the prime concern of DSIIDC. Under the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Commissioner of Industries, Government of Delhi formulated the Relocation of Industries Scheme in the year 1996.

The objective of the scheme is to reposition industrial units operating in non-conforming and residential areas to designated industrial areas within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

DSIIDC has successfully developed industrial estates and allotted flatted factories and industrial plots in Narela, Bawana, Patparganj, Badli, Okhla and Jhilmil Industrial Area. Upcoming projects include a Knowledge-Based Industrial Park at Baprola and Multi-Level Manufacturing Hub for SMEs at Rani Khera.
