Industrial Estate Management (IEM)

Consequent to the enactment of the DIDOM Act, 2010 on 30 March 2010, the management of Industrial Areas, Estates and Flatted Factories previously administered by the Industries Department, GNCTD was transferred to DSIIDC.

Since then, these industrial areas have been managed by the Industrial Estate Management (IEM) Division of DSIIDC.

Land & Lease Management

The IEM Division is responsible for the land and lease management of industrial properties. The division processes applications relating to:

  • Conversion of Industrial Plots / Sheds from Leasehold to Freehold.
  • Change of Constitution (COC).
  • Transfer / Substitution / Mutation.
  • Land Management Guideline (LMG) related cases.
