Business Facilitation Council (BFC)
The Government has established the Business Facilitation Council (BFC) to facilitate entrepreneurs in obtaining clearances from various departments and agencies for setting up industrial enterprises.
The constituents of the Business Facilitation Council include representatives from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), Industrial Associations, Labour Department, Excise Department, and the Trade & Taxes Department.
The Industrial Associations actively participate in the decision-making process of the Business Facilitation Council. Many inter-departmental issues are resolved through the Council, ensuring faster approvals and improved coordination among government departments.
