Financial Analysis
The various receipts to DSIIDC on this project will comprise of the following:
- Loan from GNCTD
- EMD from all allottees
- Interest earned on EMD and excess deposits
- Receipts from sale of industrial, public & semi-public, commercial and housing plots
- Other loans
Project Expenses
The expenses to DSIIDC will comprise the following:
- Cost of land
- Cost of services
- Return of EMD to unsuccessful and other allottees
- Interest on EMD to applicants
- Principal and interest of loan from GNCTD
- Principal and interest of other loans
