The Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme is an initiative of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MoMSME), supported by the World Bank. The programme aims to strengthen the MSME ecosystem through enhanced access to markets, credit, technology, capacity building, and institutional support, thereby improving the overall competitiveness and growth of MSMEs across the country.
The Government of India envisions the RAMP Programme as a strategic initiative to strengthen the MSME ecosystem through innovation, improved competitiveness, and sustainable growth. Under the Programme, the Government of India has approved a Strategic Investment Plan (SIP) for the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. DSIIDC has been designated as the nodal agency for implementing the RAMP Scheme in Delhi.
The RAMP Programme aims to strengthen institutional capacity, improve market access, and enhance the overall competitiveness and performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The Programme seeks to achieve the following objectives:
Capacity Building Workshops & and onboarding on ONDC, GeM, Amazon, Flipkart etc
Training Workshops are one-day programmes designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and operational capabilities of MSMEs in areas critical to business growth, resilience, and competitiveness. The workshops will adopt an interactive, case study-based
approach to provide participants with practical insights and actionable knowledge for addressing real-world business challenges. Through this initiative, MSMEs will be better equipped to enhance their competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, accelerate digital adoption, and
expand market access, thereby supporting sustainable business growth.

The Delhi MSE Hub and 6 District Business Facilitation Centres (BFCs) will be established under the Delhi RAMP Programme to provide handholding support and a single-window facilitation mechanism for MSMEs across Delhi. The initiative is designed to reduce
dependence on unregulated intermediaries while enabling MSMEs to access government services, expert guidance, and market opportunities through a structured support ecosystem.

partnerships, and support MSMEs in adopting globally recognized sustainability standards, improving regulatory compliance, and enhancing access to domestic and international markets.

the efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of MSME. The portal will also feature a job portal to facilitate talent acquisition, enabling MSME to find and recruit skilled candidates efficiently. Additionally, the integration of AI-powered solutions will further
strengthen the portal. By leveraging these advanced technologies, the Delhi MSME Portal will empower MSME to overcome their unique challenges and drive sustainable growth in the region.
